Toddler Program

Our Toddler Programs are for children who are two to three years-old. The morning-only program is from 9:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. The full-day program meets from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Drop-off begins at 8:45 a.m. for both programs and all students should arrive by 9:00 a.m.)  Extended-Day is available to toddler students.  

Tuition at QCMS is pre-paid.  There are no discounts for missed days due to sickness, weather closings, or vacations.

One-Payment Plan:  If you choose to pay your tuition in full before the beginning of the school year you will receive 1.5% of your tuition total plus $60 as a discount. You are asked to pay 10% of this adjusted total on May 1^st or upon enrollment as a deposit.  The remaining balance is due on August 1, 2012. NOTE: If you choose to pay in two payments you will receive a $60 discount.

Pre-Primary Program

Our pre-primary or preschool programs are for ages three to six years-old including kindergarten. Our Elementary Programs are for children in first through sixth grades.  The program meets from 8:45 AM to 3 PM.  (Drop-off begins at 8:30 AM and all students should arrive by 8:45 AM.)  Extended-Day is available to elementary or primary students.  Tuition at QCMS is pre-paid.  There are no discounts for missed days due to sickness, weather closings, or vacations.

Important Information

Multiply Child Discount

Families with more than one child enrolled at QCMS during the same school year will receive a discount of 20% off the annual tuition of the second and 30% off the annual tuition of the third child provided that the tuition rate is less than or equal to the tuition rate of each previous child.  This discount applies to tuition only.

Parental Involvement

All QCMS families are asked to donate a minimum of 20 volunteer hours to the school during the year.  Those who do not meet this requirement will be assessed $200 in lieu of service.  

Recruitment Bonus

Our families are our best advertisers. We encourage you to recruit new students for our school. For each student a family brings in, it will receive a $750 tuition credit on its account. There is no limit to how many bonuses a family can receive. (The incoming family must enroll their child at QCMS and must verify their recruitment.)

Tuition and Fees

Tuition and Extended Day payments are due on the 1^st of the month.  There is a fee of $25 for any late payments. 

QCMS Extended Day Rates for the 2012 - 2013 School Year

We ask you to submit a schedule for your child. Your extended day total will be based on the schedule and you will pay for that extra time in nine equal monthly payments beginning in September of 2012 and ending in May of 2013.   

Your child’s tuition covers your child’s time in his or her class. 

We know that many parents need to drop off their child early or pick them up later in the day. To accommodate those families we offer “Early Drop-Off” from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m., and After-Care from 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. We also can accommodate those parents of morning students who need to stay for lunch (11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) or those requiring care on days when there is early dismissal.  

Extended Rates apply even if your child is not attending extended day on a particular day because of illness, weather closings, or vacations etc.  If your schedule changes or if you are planning an extended vacation, you may submit a schedule change no later than one week in advance.
